Pros

I was given high quality working devices and opportunity to work remote. Recruitment processes with customer companies were well-planned and good experience.

Cons

The working environment was really unhealthy and I had to face leading with fear thoughout my whole employment. I was not able to become close to my colleagues or share any negative thoughts with anyone else execpt the CEO. I felt insecure for even my own privacy due to manipulating and the amount of work burned me off.

Pros

I got to work with great companies as taking care of their recruitment processes. The prosses for clients were made easy and efficient. The option to work remotely was a plus.

Cons

This place is extremely harmful for both, your physical and mental health. You are expected to work almost around the clock, be available in the evenings and on the weekends and give up all your freetime. This is a fast route to burn out and unfortunately that has happened for more than one person who worked here. On top of all of this the managing in this place is done with frightening, bullying and threatening. You are not allowed to bond with coworkers or share your thoughts or any kind of feedback with anyone except the CEO. However, the CEO doesn’t take any blame and is always ready to throw someone else under the bus. This isn’t in any way a healthy work environment and to be honest it has left me quite traumatized.

Pros

When you first start working there, everything seems fine; they treat you well, and the fringe benefits are okay. However, as time goes on, you begin to notice the dysfunctional aspects of the workplace that ultimately outweigh any initial positives.

Cons

I have no idea where to begin. I sincerely hope that at least one person reading this review will be spared the horror of working there. Although everything appears to be wonderful and they seem to be having a great time on social media, the truth is quite different. You never know what mood the CEO is in because of her extreme mood swings. You can receive random emails or calls with excessive degradation if she is upset. Even though they brag about having an incredible team spirit, it is nonsense, and you are continuously stressed. Actually, you are left alone and must ask the CEO for permission if you want to help someone or need assistance. Depending on whether she likes someone or not, she treats them extremely differently. She doesn't like you if you don't share her vision. Everyone there is aware that it is best to avoid making friends at work because the CEO believes that you will immediately begin gossiping about others. If everything is well, then why do you learn that "kyräilijäs" are not allowed there as one of the first things you discover there? You must work from home the majority of the time because the workplace is very small. Also she required you to schedule a day free of phone calls, which is practically impossible given the volume of work we had. A minimum of 10 interviews each week were required. If you didn't, you had failed. You are underpaid according to the market standards. I didn't realize this while I was employed there, but now that I've left, I can clearly see how this company's sole goal is to put money in the CEO's pocket. As a trainee, you made 2000€ per month, as a junior consultant, 2500€ plus commission, and as a consultant, 3000€ plus commission. This probably sounds fantastic, but if you work or are required to be on call for work-related matters for about 10 hours per day, and if your recruiting project is delayed or the first candidates you presented to the customer did not go there, then you do not get commission, even though you have to double the work and have longer days because new projects, according to the CEO's explanation, won't turn a profit if the process continues to the second round. Six employees left the company in late 2022, and no one was allowed to say goodbye to the team; instead, you had to return everything after the team had left the office after business hours. In addition, the CEO said that they might be unable to give the employees their phone numbers back for foolish reasons. She genuinely enjoys having control and won't relinquish it until absolutely necessary. She also really likes to threaten with contacting Fondias' lawyers. You are also required to write posts on LinkedIn, and the most crucial requirement is that you mention the firm so that they get visibility. Someone once mentioned, sort of joking but being serious, that you shouldn't worry too much about what you write in the posts or simply write something about your personal life. It's just enough that you include helmitehdas in one sentence. There are so many examples of similar situations but i'll leave it here. If you want to remain your mental health, you should stay away from this place.
