One good reason to work with VivaConnect is that you get a nice hands-on experience on the cutting edge technologies in the market
Cons
The HR management is simply inactive. Every single query takes up a response time of atleast a week. Absolutely no control over policies just haphazard. Commitment towards employees is absolutely taken granted. There's hardly a work-play environment. Negativity towards the company is quite apparently reflected in a majority of employees conduct.
