You may think you're receiving a good basic wage, but when you're in there and have to stay late most nights, and come in early, you're actually being payed minimum wage, if not less. People get promoted to team leaders and managers based on their likability to management and how easily they believe you can be manipulated, not from skill. Bonus' are constantly kept back with them thinking no one knows, Bonus taken away for silly mistakes on calls. Stupidly loud house music over the speakers that get the response from customers 'are you having a party in there?' Being told not to waste our time going out at weekend drinking, but then holding festivals and trips abroad to do exactly that and more! Condescending attitude from management. No food allowed on the floor like you're at school all over again.
