Health benefits are offered with decent pay. Co-workers made going to work bearable.
Cons
Health insurance isn't affordable for a family. The owner treats the employees like trash and hires and fires on a whim. All the directors throw each other under the bus to save their own behinds. You can't trust anyone in management. Also, PTO is basically none existent and you can't take time off during holidays.
