Pros
- The team: every single member of our team is incredibly helpful and always there for you for anything you need. - They actually care: you feel valued as a team member and as a human being. They provide great benefits and are very understanding and flexible. You feel appreciated and taken care of! - It's a relaxed work environment without unnecessary meetings.
Cons
I have not had a chance to get to know the entire team as I would like, as we've mostly only ever talked about work-related topics. Given the fact that we interact with each other every single day, it would be nice to have team bonding activities and get to know them better!
