Approachable & Transparent Leadership. The top level management are available for candid conversations and will spend time with any employee addressing questions. I get the impression that they welcome challenging questions and are grateful that we care about our jobs and the company to ask.

Being a global company means different time zones which makes for some odd working hours. This is very apparent in the hiring process so not a surprise to anyone joining the company., but can be an adjustment.
