This is my personal experience working with this company, and I hope it helps future employees make an informed decision. During my time here, I faced several challenges related to salary, PF, HR communication, and overall employee handling. My PF contributions were regularly deducted from my salary, but no deposits were made for more than a year (from 2024 onward). Even after multiple follow-ups, the issue remained unresolved. Salary payouts were often delayed, and at certain times the delay extended beyond 1 month or more sometimes. The company also shifted to a split-salary structure without clear communication. there was no proper job security or clarity. Some employees were asked to continue working with reduced pay or shift to WFH with only half the salary, which created significant financial stress. There was no structured or responsive HR process, and finance-related queries were difficult to get answers for. Full and final settlement clarity was also missing. From the technology and career perspective, the work relied heavily on older tech stacks, and opportunities for learning or growth were limited. This review is based entirely on my personal experience. I strongly advise anyone considering joining to verify all policies, salary timelines, PF compliance, and job security terms directly with the management before accepting an offer. Many of these issues were not isolated to me—several employees experienced similar challenges. I encourage anyone reading this to verify these points independently, check previous employee reviews, and speak to past employees if needed. This review is solely based on my personal experience and is intended to help others evaluate the company carefully before making a decision.
