1.There will be no work pressure
Cons
1.Pf contribution will not be deposited which is the big problem for the employee.
2. Salary is delay 2-3 months ,there will be no response from the company or management side.
3.Management is harsh if we ask our own salary .
4.F and F will not be processed, employee should leave the pending salary which they will not process
