The opportunity for growth within this company is amazing. There is a strong sense of team work. Whenever someone is struggling your leader or owner is there for support. I've found that the confidence I have in myself has grown exponentially. Each day is an opportunity for me to push myself harder. For anyone wanting the opportunity to run a business this is the place to start

The only con that I can think of is that this isn't always for everybody. It can be intimidating to go into businesses but for me that has only helped me grow personally and professionally.

In my opinion I think this opportunity is great as far as learning leadership skills. I worked at Hemingway and enjoyed my time with the company. working with customers on a day to day basic was key for me getting me moving to the next level. my parents did not like the position of direct sales better later learned that it's the most effective way. listening to a interview with Donald Trump going through the pros of direct sales I was sold.

I just graduated and did not understand the opportunity at the time but i do now. I am not at Hemingway due to moving back to Georgia after finishing at Marquette to work for my dad's company. Some of the clients were not nice but at the end of the day that did not matter.
