Crazy long hours, you will average 65 to 70 hours per week. Intense training, friendly employees, corporate feel. - Finance Manager Hendrick Automotive Group Employee Review
On the job training is intense and you will learn a lot, and you will get better at what you do. This place usually promotes from within, so you will have a better chance of moving up in ranks with the company. Benefits are very good here, doctors, dentists, glasses, it's all covered, 401k is 25% match.
Cons
Upper corporate management demands more of you and adds responsibilities to your job as time goes on, and your pay stays the same. Very hard on your family, you'll hardly see them. Your day off is more precious than your paycheck at this place.

Phenomenal culture
Excellent sales training
Run the way you want any company to be run.
Invests heavily in their employees both in terms of a genuine desire for each employee to succeed as well as top tier benefits.
Enable salespeople to sell honestly without fretting over percentages or profit KPIs by focusing on volume as the basis for commissions.
Ample room to grow within the company and employees are encouraged very positively to strive for more.
Cons
Intense hours, but they're very up front about this going in, so it's no surprise or mystery. Having said that, as a divorced parent with 2 small children it's taken some adjusting for sure. They are extremely accommodating and understanding when it comes to family related issues, though.
