      Pros

      You can have 2-3 Sundays off a month without being shamed. They buy you pizza when the culture is fading. You may make $4000 per month if you at least put in 65 hours per week. Maybe you won't get bullied by middle management.

      Cons

      You can never leave. If you take days off, you will be called and bothered and even punished by management withholding help on deals. If you eventually become overwhelmed by the bullying and decide to report it, you will be written up for poor performance. The culture of bullying here is embedded deep and if you aren't "in", prepare for a slog. The good news is that they will never fail because the Triangle is growing so quickly that you would have to really fumble hard to not naturally grow such a prestigious brand.

      Pros

      Phenomenal culture Excellent sales training Run the way you want any company to be run. Invests heavily in their employees both in terms of a genuine desire for each employee to succeed as well as top tier benefits. Enable salespeople to sell honestly without fretting over percentages or profit KPIs by focusing on volume as the basis for commissions. Ample room to grow within the company and employees are encouraged very positively to strive for more.

      Cons

      Intense hours, but they're very up front about this going in, so it's no surprise or mystery. Having said that, as a divorced parent with 2 small children it's taken some adjusting for sure. They are extremely accommodating and understanding when it comes to family related issues, though.
