Pros
1) My salary was competitive(around 65k/year on average) and with good arguments I got good raises every year(For my position, I can't speak for other positions in this dealership). 2) It was not too difficult working with the service managers/advisors/technicians. The team was understanding and supportive if you communicated with them on their level. "Treat everyone equally different" 3) If you prove yourself they provide you opportunities to grow internally(Hendrick is very centered around internal growth in general). 4) Benefits are good. 5) Good work/life balance. I really enjoyed working there for the years that I did. Sometimes I think back and wonder if I regret leaving this position and this company, but I wanted a REMOTE position with a different type of growth opportunity. This position is a very comfortable position for those who don't want major change in their life. It's for those who want to be around 1 area for a long time and that wants to live comfortably, not for those that are more ambitious and that want more out of life.
Cons
The only cons I had working here can be summarized by them being a bit stuck in their ways. 1) The DMS that was used feels outdated. 2) This position could have been remote or hybrid, but I wasn't. I feel like there are people who are working there in-person that could be working and managed remotely. 3) They had systems that worked, but if a problem occurred that is reoccurring, they put a band-aid on it instead of providing a permanent solution. It was at least manageable and it provided job security for me.
