Overall the company is very disorganized and dis functional. Unfortunately the company holds onto bad managers and employees for way too long and it is really harmful to the workplace culture. The quality of the food also varies wildly depending on which kitchen you are working in. Sometimes it is embarrassing to see what is being served and being associated with this company.
