      Pros

      I have been working at Hendrickson since mid September 2013 and have to say that I could not have found a better place to work. There isn't a single person here that I do not get along with and everyone is so helpful. Even during a huge product launch it is so under control and everyone takes the right steps to achieve goals and keep a stress free environment.

      Cons

      I can not think of any cons for this awesome place to work. It is amazing and I hope I am here until retirement.

      Pros

      Great motivated and smart people, good culture for interns and lots of projects for interns to learn hands on engineering

      Cons

      Sometimes different teams can get busy and require you to really advocate for support/help for your work, as managers or other engineers will not really have time to check in with you sometimes. Still a great experience.

      The other assembly associates is the only pro.

      Cons

      Mismanaged, underpaid, undervalued, overworked, dangerous working conditions, safety is a joke, retaliation, and harassment.
