Pay is decent, hours are good, the comraderie between the men is favorable. very laid back atmosphere. Pay by the hour not by the load unless it is busy.

to many supervisors and each one has his favorites. Favorites never do any wrong and never held accountable for their mistakes. There is ALWAYS a loop hole to protect them.
