      Great ownership. The Henrys really appreciate the people who work for them. Good benefits including fully paid health insurance & 401(k).

      More generous vacation time would be nice.

      Pros

      There is always something new to learn or to experience in this constantly evolving small business. I got the chance to wear all hats at some point or another which was very valuable for my development. HPI has an extremely flexible work/life balance as long as you perform.

      Cons

      Being a small business is tough, there's always something to take care of and when you're a small company, all those things have to be prioritized and addressed even if they aren't profitable.
