      Constantly booked. Ability to work with multitude of clients. Good place to learn skills.

      Cons

      Factory line massage therapist. Good place to hurt yourself. Required to see upwards of 40 massages a week for full time benefits. I saw 27 a week and made about 3100 monthly.

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
