      The pros: flexible scheduling, better than average pay, beautiful units with state of the art equipment.

      Cons

      Henry Ford would be a top-notch place to work if it not be for the poor mid-level management, particularly in the first half of the Surgical ICU there.

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
