Pros
PTO (sick vaca personal inclusive), takes 10 years to get 30 days paid...neutral about this. Location is great. Random parties throughout the year. Keurig machines? Cool. Free caf/decaf tea lol that's about it!
Cons
As stated above PTO is odd. Accrued throughout the year. Compensation is at a national low here. Mid level employees do the heaviest lifting for 10k more than low level. Staying with comp, supervisor/managerial positions in proportion can't survive on the island, additional part time work is advised.
