Flexible schedule, ability to generate your own business and growth, extensive training program
Cons
"Good old boy" system, poor compensation considering the expenses it requires (lunches for offices, gas, mileage on car, marketing materials), difficult to overcome price barrier built by online dental supply companies, need to depend mostly on technology and equipment sales in a semi-saturated market. May pay off in ten years, but who wants to wait that long. Pray for a good menor/manager otherwise it's very difficult to be successful.
