      Only the very few good people left, none of which are management.

      Cons

      MANAGEMENT is the biggest one, company is full of vile, rude, power hungry, steal your ideas bullies with no morals and that's putting it nicely. It used to be such a great company to work for but with HR staff are the cruelest people have ever met. You will never get a payrise or recognition for a job but you will get humiliated if you make the slightest mistake. ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FROM CURRENT EMPLOYEES FORCED TO DO SO BY CUSTOMER SERVICES TO BRING THE RATINGS UP.

      Collaborative environment, great people, and internal growth. The biggest asset here is the people, everyone is approachable and willing to help a peer.

      Like any healthy organization, there can sometimes be fast paced shifts in strategy or priorities, but communication is generally transparent as changes happen.
