      Solid leadership (executive level). Long-standing and strong culture. Results speak for themself..

      Cons

      Marketing org is sloppy. There are divisions everywhere and the head of dental marketing is oblivious to reality. Hopefully the recent reorg changes this. Culture does not match company values.
