Colleagues are the best part about this position. Lots of great sales people with bright futures.
Cons
The list could go on for a long time... 1. Comp plan is a joke, you're going to make your base salary plus mileage. Don't be dazzled with the flashy number they'll throw at you. 2. Culture is extremely toxic. Management clearly does not know how to run a business. They fire their reps every 1-2 years when reps can't meet unrealistic targets (see comp plan comment). If you don't believe me go look at average tenure of a rep on linkedin. 3. Very disorganized with no clear direction or support from leadership 4. Zero market share with no brand recognition 5. Lost patent on the only product we used to sell (see previous points) 6. When sales are bad micromanagement is even worse. Tons of redundant, fire drill admin work
