Pros

The people in this industry, and in my area are fantastic. Some of the most professional team members I have ever worked with.

Cons

The company claims to be one of the "most ethical" places to work. However, when they faced a cyberattack in 2023, their vulnerabilities were exposed. Customers were forced to shop elsewhere for three months and soon realized how much they had been overpaying for years. This is not a critique of the sales team—who earn modest commissions—but rather an issue of funds being held in corporate slush accounts. To compensate for the missed earnings targets, the company laid off a significant number of employees, yet they did not reduce the CEO’s $15 million annual compensation. While executing these cuts, the company continued to host extravagant national sales meetings and events, and executive leadership still relied on private jets, participating in photo ops across the country and around the world. The question remains: if the company fell $100 million short, why does Stan Bergman require armed security and a private jet seat? Why announce ongoing cuts until December 2025 while continuing this excessive spending? The answer is clear. They may be savvy businesspeople, but they are failing as leaders.

Cons

Like any healthy organization, there can sometimes be fast paced shifts in strategy or priorities, but communication is generally transparent as changes happen.
