      Pros

      I love that we are able to offer the patients care that they are unable to get anywhere else. So many of our patients are grateful to find us because they have already been to their PCP and gynecologist without receiving help for their symptoms. We really make a difference in their health and quality of life.

      Cons

      It would be nice to offer more services to the patients such as aesthetics. I think we could also do more with advertising to get new patients into the clinic or offer incentives to improve our reviews.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Manger was amazing. They gave me opportunity's to grow and worked with me while on Maternity leave.

      Cons

      Company wolds to synergx. Employer gave .10 raise. I woke hard and dedicate myself to employment. The benefits were not great. The transition was difficult. I love the company when it was owned by the sisk. They were wonderful and cared for there employees.
