Pros
Descent training program for new employees and good resources when more information is necessary. Program structure is pretty good
Cons
Short staffing thus working 9-10 hrs a day with no overtime and no lunch breaks, extreme pressure from higher management. Only focused on selling to clients and how much money you can get out of them. No opportunity for advancement unless you are buddies with the higher management. Lots of random promotions all over the place with no focus. Very high costs of programs with no low cost options for lower income people.
