Somewhat flexible hours, but there are no real pros to working here.

Horrible resident care
Revolving door of staff
Extremely uncooperative management staff, showed zero care for their employees.
Work environment is extremely toxic. Absolutely no work-life balance. I personally only had 2 or 3 days off a MONTH. I spent months asking and begging for assistance in our kitchen, never helped. They refuse to pay the DAs and kitchen staff a livable wage. They offer sign on incentive bonuses for other buildings but not ours. Horrible horrible people.
There is so, so much more, but I hope this is enough to dissuade people.
I created this review to accomplish 2 things;
1. Offer my thoughts about the worst job I've ever had
2. Hopefully give enough reasons for people to AVOID this place. Do not make the same mistake I did.
