Cons
I was repeatedly paid my salary more than a month late, with less than a day’s notice. During this time, I sat through multiple meetings on how important it is that we all work as hard as possible to get the product launched, despite management repeatedly changing their excuses for the lack of pay. I was promised a bonus to make up for the 6 months of pay issues, however this was never delivered. With senior leadership constantly joining and leaving, the company does not feel stable. It was clear my manager was out of their depth in terms of the work required, and in managing a team. Despite all the marketing around improving social mobility this company shows, I was the only woman in a technical role.
