      Pros

      You get to work independently and management actually cares about their employees.

      Cons

      A LOT of travel and you will most likely be away from home for 5 days out of the week. What was previously a salary position with flex time is now hourly with normal PTO and everybody's base pay without overtime is upwards of $10k less after the switch

      Amazing company culture. You can ask as many questions as you like, and they treat you like a real part of the team.
