The People are great and working from home has been beneficial. hexagon does a great job at listening to your career goals and transferring to a new position for your career goals.
Cons
Transferring roles usually does not come with a pay bump which can be discouraging. I would speak with management about having more clarity which roles offer a pay upgrade.
