Local leadership team in bangalore plays politics and higher management listens to them. No one bothers to cross check with associates if complains are right or wrong. If associate complains it goes to deaf ears. HR gives more importance to resources other than human. Food and cab is priority and should not get wasted so employee should not take leave or work from home. Safety is an important topic in hexion but when it comes to taking action regarding safety leadership team makes fun and laughs it off. Speed of trust training is provided to associates but company does not trust associates. They have managers sitting to monitor employees and complain about them. Employees do not trust the leadership team still they are appointed to take care of the site.
