      - Good colleagues - interesting projects

      Cons

      - micromanagers - a lot of empty promises - they do not trust their employees with the skills that they can provide - employees are unable to trust employers with confidential information - employers always says "we're a family" - will promote employees based of favouritism - employees that voices out will deem as toxic

      -The bosses are bias, you can tell which employee they like. The employee can be promoted even they are not performing. -They are micromanaging their employees. -They have trust issue towards the employees.
