      wonderful supportive coworkers and management, beautiful working studios, the playlists were good too sometimes, discounted and free services

      there could be room for promotions and higher pay every year, rarely but occasionally difficult clients

      Poorly led management, they seem to have no structure and are always changing their tactics to try to see what sticks. Also, our commission is below industry standard.
