Pros
Great start up experience with a compnay that got into a Facebook marketing for business niche at the early stages. With a team of 10-15, you have somewhat more of an impact and can share a voice. Weekly lunches, short hours, good people and young office vibe.
Cons
Too much centered around the CEO. Little concern for employees well being and long term plans. 'Equity' distributed that was served more as a carrot to keep high level employees around that ended up being worthless when acquired. Little structure and poor planning
