Do not work at this place as Analyst or as Microbiologist - Lab Analyst Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Employee Review

Very bad management or no management. Lot of favorism and differenciation. Analysts are involved in dirty politics to save their position. None of the employee has previous analytical lab experince so everything runs on google searched methods. Basically samples run on trial and error basis. Dont even think to go to higher management or owners of the company, rather than suppotting you they will get rid of you. Just to give an idea there were 5 full time emoyees who quit from lab and 4 interns were fired because of poor work environment. No work ethics. Only work at this place if you dont have self respect.
