Not sure where to begin...I guess at the top. The executive team has zero clue what they are doing. Talk about insanity. They keep hiring and firing AEs and praying for a different result. You're promised 70% inbound leads you get about 10-15%. This didn't bother me much, but you have to take this into account and adjust the quotas. I closed the most in the US in q3 and was laid off before q4 even ended. It's a company that claims they help and retain your most valuable assets (your people) but yet they can't retain any of their people. In addition, I had no warning, no PIP, just laid off 3 days before the holidays...
