Pros
Good company to work for. The team is nice and supportive, and management actually listens and tries new things. They’re always encouraging us to use new tools and technology. it can be a bit tiring sometimes, but honestly, I’ve learned a lot because of it. The job also feels stable, even though the industry has been a bit tough lately with all the tariff issues.
Cons
Onboarding could be better.It’s a bit confusing at first and you have to figure out some things on your own. There are also a lot of tools to learn, which can feel overwhelming at the start. And like any customer service job, there are times we get difficult customers, which can be stressful. But overall, it’s still a good place to work and grow.
