Employee atmosphere is good. Employee benefits fair.

Companies pay was decent, but didn't provide the necessary tools to succeed. Their method were antiquated and technician staff small. Response time lack luster, so when a client had an issue it took forever for company to rectify. Therefore we lose accounts. All of this started happening when company was newly acquired.
