Pros

Flex hours, great relationship with CD, relaxed environment at times.

Cons

Pay is terrible for the amount of work that’s expected of you. Training is absolute trash. You are thrown into the fire before you’re even ready. Higher ups are only interested in fattening their own wallets and pay clinic employees pennies. Communication from management is the worst. You’re always told you can go to them but they have their favorites and they tell you to contribute more in meetings but make you feel dumb when you ask questions. Managements’ priority is all about the numbers and they forget that we are human beings and we are the reason why they even make money in the first place. You’re also constantly asked to work at other clinics to help with coverage and when you say no, too bad you get pushed into doing it anyways. Majority of staff have no idea what they’re doing half the time! Therapists are treated like garbage. They’re expanding into other cities and states but can’t pay their clinic employees a live-able wage.

Pros

Positive work environment with people who care about their jobs. Supportive culture for growth and emphasis on work/life balance. Continuing education provided monthly via clinic meetings and specialty group meetings.

Cons

Growing pains with increase in company size, but overall still feeling good support and transparency from leadership.
