This post is confusing given the context surrounding the exit of the last few people who had actually been with the business for a substantial period of time - as you have suggested you were. So either you weren't with us for 3-4 years and are attempting to conceal your identity or you were and have decided to be deliberately untruthful. To address a few things: Our holiday targets are typically very achievable - the last trip we did, the only person who didn't attend due to not hitting target was someone who had been with us for 3 months (this seems reasonable) To succeed in the recruitment industry, you do need to be comfortable working to targets, dealing with pressure & taking direction from management - that is a given, and anyone who would suffer because of that should not join the industry. We have a fully developed Learning and Development program to support your development at each level, but you must have the willingness and the aptitude - this is a high-standard environment. We have no interest in hand-holding or micromanaging experienced consultants, and this is not how the team operates - anyone who has progressed within the business knows this. Our HR policies & procedures are outlined in our company handbook. The comment regarding 'senior staff taking advantage' is a very strange thing to say on a number of levels. Our senior personnel are held to the highest standard in our business, both with sales targets and behaviors. As an example of how they do behave though - a recent junior hire who had relocated for the job and was struggling with costs was given money from senior management's own pockets to help him manage his finances and living costs till he got on his feet - hardly the marker of a business who seeks to 'take advantage'. Our internal policy is to support our people the best we can through personal difficulty, and we could list so many examples here of where we have done just that and gone above and beyond. But to specifically address your point - we have an independent therapist who we have partnered with since 2019 and who we provide access to for all our staff, as well as helping staff members fund and access external therapies that they feel they need. This is well-known within our business. Thanks
