Pros

Covered parking Generally left to do your work close to Market rate pay - but when you factor in all the mandatory extra hours it’s not.

Cons

Culture, Culture, Culture. From top to bottom the company culture supports and even encourages taking advantage of employees because they are replaceable, ignores ANY work/life balance and the level of stress put on employees is off the charts. The culture is one of fear to do anything or deliver bad news, because you’ll be let go or ignored. Just make it work. So the problems are buried until they blowup and they point a finger at someone. Nothing ever improves, culture is the biggest problem. Turnover is the highest turnover of any company I have worked for. All levels are constantly turning over by either quitting or getting fired. High ranking, well educated people just walk out and quit it’s that bad. Turnover was so high and the company reputation was so bad that the company had turned to hiring contract employees because they couldn’t get applicants I’m assuming. There is a constant flow of temporary workers coming and going, many of those also got fired. Expectations are You MUST be on call 24/7, working holidays, weekends, late nights, whatever it takes. Get used to checking your emails throughout the weekend and working on vacations. There is Zero work life balance. If there is a mistake that happens, they will NOT support you and will likely fire you. Staffing levels throughout the organization were way understaffed for the expectations. The company was extremely tight and staffing was where they saved money. Making everyone work 10-12 hour days and weekends equates to more money in their pockets. Systems were poorly implemented, poorly maintained and not efficient making the work even more difficult. Again another cost saving measure I’m sure. No real hotel perks or extras to make it a fun place to work.

Pros

Not applicable , the company’s bad reputation is not just rumors

Cons

This company has absolutely no flexibility for employee requests however you are expected to work 7 days a week , 15-18 hour days. Medical restrictions and disabilities don’t mean anything. No compromise on their part. No recognition, No compensation, No mental health support … They will burn you out, not care how their workplace tactics affect you or your work moving forward. They will then set you up to fail then use it as a reason to start the process of getting rid of you. No empathy for people. They refuse to accommodate requests for certain people but then others, no problem. Discrimination & Favoritism, I have never met a group with such evil intentions. All their claims about employees first are farthest from the truth. They only follow policies when it is convenient for them and depending on who it’s for. It’s all about who you know , not what you know Bottom line - the company is a total scam. The less you do the better. The excuses and practices for over compensating upper management is a joke.
