Where do I even begin. This is the worst "hotel company" out there. They short staff each hotel giving each employee triple the workload which is affecting the guest experience. The guests would always point out to us that we need to hire more staff which is extremely embarrassing. Everything about this company is all about the money. A true hospitality company alway puts the guests needs first but not this one. There is no work life balance here at all and you are not eligible for vacation or PTO days for the first year of employment. Highest turnover rate in management I have ever seen. If you have an opinion on a change you would like to see or to make a process better there is no point in speaking up. Nobody wants to hear your opinion and all changes need to come from the executive team.
