Pros
Upper management is amazing and wants to change the Front Office around for the better. They listen to feedback and take the time to make the changes that are needed. Great benefits. Free Parking. Great travel incentives with all Marriott properties.
Cons
Lower management (Front Desk/Service Managers) have their favorites and complain more than they actually work or help out. Unorganized training because of short staff. Unhappy team members who want to quit but are staying for the paycheck.
