Pros
College greatly values diversity and respecting others. New department leadership proactively working towards improving training, morale and outreach - they actually value the people working for them instead of treating them like a drone.
Cons
Still need more training opportunities and advancement opportunities. Right now the only way to advance most of the time is to leave Highline College for a place that has the opportunity you are looking for and will pay you what you are worth.
