Salaries are ridiculously low even though they claim compensation is market rate. Almost no room for growth. Not a place for people with serious ambition and skill. Upper management has no idea what they're doing. Frequent layoffs so beware. This place is a revolving door. Turnover rate is high. CEO is a control freak. Surrounds himself with people who will blindly agree to whatever he says. He's totally out of touch, has no taste in fashion or culture. Sales is the only team that's valued and given adequate resources here. HR is laughable, they're just mouthpieces for the executive team. They will tell you you're eligible for raises but recant when the time comes. Also don't expect the bonus scheme to actually pull through. In short: this company has no longterm vision and never sticks to its strategy/plans anyway. The "strategy" is changing or pivoting every 6 months according to CEO's whim.
