Pros
Great benefits like healthcare costs, 401k match, time off. Great people to work with in a constructive environment. With many commercial products there is plenty of knowledge about successful FDA submissions.
Cons
Some sites are understaffed. This doesn't seem to be just Hikma, it's industry-wide. But it does make for some headaches trying to prioritize and project. Especially when personal goals are tied to other sites and control is not there.
