Many good caregivers. Fairly good reputation in market place.

Cons

Sadly, many of the downsides of small business. Nepotism being primary. Hiring unqualified people. Inconsistent performance review and salary policies.

The company really cares about employees and our seniors. From Caregivers to administrative staff, the culture is all about our seniors and creating a meaningful work experience.

Cons

Nothing as of yet. We are growing. Sometimes we need to develop more process and structure.
