Good camaraderie between staff and lower-level teams.

Cons

Don't be fooled by big numbers and new projects, executives' lack of boundaries & immoral outlook permeate the foundation of this company. Little to no guidance or communication from upper management. Improper handling of sensitive situations due to mismanagement or lack of Human Resources.

Pros

My property had a great team- my initial regional manager was very involved, attentive and available when I needed assistance. Leasing Managers make their own schedule- HOWEVER you will usually find yourself working more than 40 hours a week.

Cons

After resigning from my position, I never received my earned bonus for move-ins from the previous month, totaling $1,900. Despite repeated attempts to reach out to HR and Payroll, my emails were ignored, even with several managers CC’d. At this point, I will have to pursue legal recourse to recover the funds I earned for exceeding move-in targets in February. My experience has made it clearer why employees may leave.
