      Great strong Base and HQ culture. Working for Hilti Corporate is living by its culture, great people and strong vertical movement

      Cons

      Middle Management and country offices are the opposite of corporate beliefs, very low retention rate especially in Sales. Terrible work life balance coupled with below industry wages.
