      Pros

      Hines is a good place to work. People stay there for a really long time which sometimes makes it difficult to move up within the company. Overall, a quality place to work with caring people.

      Cons

      As I mentioned, it's sometimes difficult to move up because people stick around for a long time therefore not giving a lot of room for growth.

      As a consultant, I felt there could have been more support in helping employees transition to new internal opportunities after project assignments ended.
